Today we went to the Greyhound Rescue centre in Sutton-On-Trent and walked four of their recently retired racing greyhounds. They get walked twice a day but as former kennel dogs they still seem to love getting out into the open, tugging on the lead and sniffing everything.
Later I ran 1.5 miles.
